Terms of Service
Last updated: June 2026
These Terms of Service govern your use of AirworthIQ, including our website, upload tools, customer portal, scanner review interface, AI-assisted record processing, and report services. By using AirworthIQ, you agree to these Terms.
Service Description
AirworthIQ helps customers upload aircraft records, process logbooks using AI/OCR tools, review extracted information, and generate aircraft record review reports. AirworthIQ is intended to assist with record organization, review, and analysis.
No Airworthiness Certification
AirworthIQ does not issue airworthiness certificates, maintenance releases, FAA approvals, legal opinions, or mechanic approvals. Reports and findings are informational and should be reviewed by qualified aviation professionals before being relied upon for purchase, maintenance, compliance, or operational decisions.
Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information, uploading the correct records, reviewing extracted data, correcting errors, and ensuring that any final report reflects the records you intended to submit. You agree not to upload unlawful, malicious, infringing, or unrelated materials.
AI and OCR Limitations
AI and OCR systems may make mistakes, omit information, misread handwriting, misclassify entries, or fail to identify relevant issues. Customer review and final review workflows are part of the service because automated extraction is not perfect.
By using AirworthIQ, you grant us the right to process your data to:

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
